this model without that stupid stripe
on it ?

Without the stripe why not save $20K and just get a loaded non special ed. Plus these will be $10K+ over msrp for some reason.

I was informed the hood stripe is painted on...but may be to soon for real answers...

Fleebay had one by a dealer which was taking bids on how much OVER msrp they would go. The bidding got crazy with bids going as high as 60K over msrp but then the bidders either had a return to reality or the dealer was pushing the bids up himself because a whole bunch of bids were cancelled by the participants and the final winning bid was 20K over msrp. You can see the madness in the completed listings section on Fleebay.
