No its not... The blower is a positive displacement pump; it will FORCE X amount of air per revolution; if the throttle plate closes that air will have nowhere to go and something will give; either the blower will push itself off the intake manifold or the throttle blade will bend. Maximum pressure differentials for twin screw superchargers is a lot more than just 1 atmosphere
Can you clarify on how this is possible since the throttle body/thottle blade is before the supercharger. So you are saying without the recirc valve the supercharger would infact pull so much vaccumm on the thorttle blade that it would bend it?

Oh! Sorry, my comment was for blowers located prior to the supercharger. You are right, if the throttle plate is before the blower that doesn't apply.

Okay, I'll give this another try...
You have two mechanically coupled volumetric pumps, a blower feeding a engine. For each revolution the blower will move x amount of mass flow and engine will ingest x amount of mass flow. So if your throttle body is closed or at idle position, the blower is receiving a fraction of the flow it is capable of moving or pumping, but engine has no problem taking it away (less recirc valve), so you are still in vacuum.
Your quote above makes me think, that you are not taking into consideration either upstream throttle or engine running and blower not dead heading? Look at draw through systems (roots - 6-71, 8-71, 10-71 (with carbs), centri, turbo) they do just fine without recirc valve.

EDIT - Should have read 3rd page. Answered above.

Plates are being shipped today, should arrive late this week, I will be attaching harnesses and switches shortly after, and then once i have a few built, we will be taking orders
I have a few PMs to tend to regarding this product, but I wanted to get a little further along in the production timeline before I committed to anything
I thought some of you might like this. Plates are being cut and harnesses are close to completion.
This works with the E-Boost 2 and allows Set points to be changed per gear, thus allowing an increase in boost for each gear.
Im waiting on my car as we speak, tune almost done but will be breaking in engine and clutch. Would like to know what you are charging to install and setup the Eboost2. I already have the unit new in box but just need to get it all set up. My car is an 02 Z06 with STS GT32's pushing 14lbs.
Eboost2 has it built in to have pre-set boost levels you will just need some way to activate each setting which is what LG has come up with.
Others have figured out a way to do the same thing using microswitches from Radio Shack but the smart ones are making it very simple and marketing it to fellas like me that are too lazy to do all that work........I cant wait to get mine.....HURRRY UP LG!

yeah i know others have come up with same thing but dont want take away from LG's thread.
I have no orders for any Boost by Gear setups. They are very complicated pieces, and as such, I make sure its what the customer needs. I suggest professional installation if its available, as there are many small nuances with ANY BBG setup and installation.

Lous,
Are you saying that you need orders in order to make it happen? Some of us are waiting on pricing so we know if we want to make it part of our plans....learn me
