Another good 3 hrs of progress tonight! The entire supercharger is plumbed up, boost-a-pump is installed and we are ready to put the nose back on. Tomorrow we'll get the nose on, the baseline tune in, fluids topped off and finally we will light the fire! Assuming all goes well and no leaks, squeaks or otherwise the hood goes back on and we take it for a test drive.
P.S. We found most of your rear tires when we were installing the boost-a-pump. They are stuck all over the fenderliners!
Is it necessary to have the hose over the airbridge?
Is it necessary to have the hose over the airbridge?
Not necessary, it could be routed under the air bridge with not much effort at all I think. We hung the hose over the top to keep it out of the way during the install and then didn't give it any thought after that. I see what you are saying though. It would like cleaner under the bridge but with the hood on (the pic you ref'd had the hood off) it doesn't look as obtrusive. I'll make that change today if there is enough length in that hose. It will be close. Thanks for the suggestion.

Fraternal A&A Twins! Both are 2006 A6 LS2 LMB cars. SSGT USAF's car has the V3 option while Tally Ho's vert is sporting a V2 head. We had our choice of literally dozens of aircraft including the SR-71 as backdrops but we decided that given the fact that SSGT USAF is an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Troop in the Air Force, the Massive Ordinance Air Burst (MOAB) would be the best backdrop.
