I guess I all I needed to do to fix it was make a post. It is all but gone for some reason. Now I can say I love everything about the E-Force

I noticed that as well..... We actually sent back our first unit for a checkup thinking that something was wrong.

Turns out, they all make that noise initially and it more or less disappears after the vehicle has been driven a few times.

Every one of many we have done here made the sound and as unsettling as it sounds, there's nothing wrong and it goes away pretty quickly.

I have tuned a few zr1's and new CTS-V's with decent sized camshafts... and when they have rougher/lopier idle i have heard the Gear clatter in the factory blower units.... it didnt seem to cause any issues though
