I have done a 1.85 60' on my RE-11's and I am pretty sure I am the world's worst driver as I've only successfully done a nice burn out without scaring the lane worker once.
So with 345 NT-05's and an automatic, wouldn't that point to the stall being too low for a TT car running 15.5psi. It seems like he's not fully into boost yet at 3200 rpm and with those NT05's is actually hooking and bogging. That would make for consistent 1.9x 60's right.
I don't think he can fix that problem with a stickier track or tires. I think he'd have to get a higher stall, but then that would make his street trim car a lot less livable.
I've never owned an automatic, or a TT Corvette so this is all just theory, but I do own a turbocharged car and know that launching it is incredibly tricky.

Nevermind, I missed this post. I figured the 1.9 was indicative of bogging not spinning. If I lose traction, I am over 2.0. Guess the NT05's still move the car pretty well even when they are slipping.

This run was a soft launch. You can hear the tires blowing away and the car going sideways before I lifted. It ran a 11.220 @ 140.16 with 1.987 60'.
BTW, I am over 10psi of boost by 3200 RPMs. There is virtually no turbo lag.

Ok lets start the over/under at 9.80. With sticky tires if you footbrake 2K off the line it will shave a tenth off your 60'.

Good track prep and a drag pack. If I can cut 1.4X 60' I know it will be way under 9.80 for sure man I have quite a bit left in the tune to mess with. In third gear she was dipping into 9.8ish AFR

The nt05r seem to take a lot to get rid of the mould release but the M&H will be better.

100% Positive.
Also, EVERYTHING I posted about the modifications to the car is correct. I am pretty sure you know Phil. You can verify with him.
Tomorrow this car will run a 9 second pass provided we do not get rained out and they let me run. Also positive of that.
