If you have an LS3 Whipple makes a 2.9l kit. Ive been trying to find a base for the 2.9 to fit the LS2 but nobody wants to try and make any money from us LS2 guys.
After several days of DD I've decided to go w/ A&A for several reasons..
The main reasons are A&A's owner Andy's knowledge, experience, and several years, and hundreds of his kits sold w/ satisfied customers.
The cooling is not blocked at all by bumpers, and or frame with a large intercooler. Heat kills!
The other reason is that the eforce requires a new fuel pump. A&A was smart enough to go with the Kenne Bell BAP which I have used in the past with great success. This saves tons of labor w/ a great proven way to get more fuel when it's needed.
His silicone hoses vs rubber, and less bends in his transitions for plumbing allows for better flow..
Last but not least are the final results!! Tons of horsepower gains.
I really want to make sure I've got the low end torque for sure.. Thats a must
I have a A&A kit with a Paxton Sl1500 blower on a Z-06!
You might consider a low miles cream puff used Z-06, Then add the
supercharger. It gives you the low end of the big 427 plus they love the
boost if tuned and installed right. Which is what it comes down to with these kits. Be it! ECS or A&A or Eforce they have to be right! If they are your ok! Blown Z beats the blown GS in many ways!

Great choice! The latest A&A Kits are a extreme value for all what you get! All the bases are covered! With all the changes they have made!
My first kit was over 3 years ago. I have since upgraded the various
changes which are many! Andy looks at every angle of these kits and makes changes when he sees a better way. It is why his kits are so nice!
Go V-3! The V-3 si works great on the ls-3, on the ls-7 get the V-3 t-trim
or if your going to pulley down on the ls-3. It puts out more air at higher boost. plus his new bracket is sweet and allows belt changes
but no belt issues! My belt is from my other car and bracket with 20k
and no problems.

I almost bought another Z06 instead of the GS.. I had a Z06 and loved it. Sold it and built a 1000hp GT500. Raced that for 5 yrs. Just traded it for this 2011 GS. The reasons I went with the GS is that it has the same suspension, body styling, and offers a few more creature comforts the the Z06.. The ls3 is a bit lower compression making it a little more boost friendly.. Just curious other than Cubic inches, and HP what other ways does it have over the GS in your opinion.. I'm thinkin my GS will be close the Z06 but with a top off option, and AT.. And with a nicce blower will be eating stock Z06's up at the track..Maybe I'm just getting old..

The E-Force 554HP does not include a new fuel pump, but the 599Hp does include the Z06 pump. If you want to run something other the the Z06's pump, buy the base 554HP E-Force, then buy whatever fuel system you prefer and then buy what ever size pulley you desire, if you want more horsepower. The 554 HP is cheaper then the 599HP kit as it does not include a fuel pump.
The only hoses in the E-Force is for the inter-cooler coolant flow. No need to worry about air flow restrictions because of hoses, as the E-Force has aluminum runners from the blower to the heads.

I think the GS is a great Mod platform and will be for a long time to come. The GS is a heavy car with a AT mine is 3500 something without the driver. even with light weight parts when you add the blower, piping, roll cage, 5 point harnesses and FE its adds up but the car is still heaver then a ZO with the same configuration. Think about upgrading the belt the auto shifts fairly hard. There are also no Z06's I am worried about.

Are you running long tube headers?? What kind of gains did u get if so..
Also, have you run the strip? I haven't ever raced with an AT.. Launching will be a new experience.. Could use a few pointers.. I' have a few trophy on the wall from bracket racing. So I have a few whiskers. Just not sure how to launch these AT's..
Which blower you should get is less important than the real question - who should install and tune it?
The answers to "Where do you live" and "which reputable shop is in close proximity" should lead you to the natural response.
I live 15 minutes from ECS so that was a no brainer even though there are other potential choices within a 2hrs drive. If I lived in Texas, my kit may have been different and, definitely, my installer would have been different as it is not practical to live a two days drive from the installer.
I prefer ECS's kit. If you are nearby or visit the shop, you are welcome to see their work on a customer's car and go for a ride. Bring clean underwear.

yeah I am running American racing long tubes w/o cats. I have the tranny out right now getting a upgrade.. just break torque too launch you will have to find the right launch without tire spin. I will have it at the track soon

Will do.. I'm looking forward to ordering, and the customer service I've heard so much about. I spoke w/ Andy a few times over the weekend.. As soon as the GS is on the trailer I will be ordering up.. Will need to know the tuner Andy mentioned in Western Wa.. One step at a time.. Thanks!
