Alright well I noticed the last few days I've had some misting oil/water looking substance on my intake manifold and hood liner. At first I thought it might of been the alcohol injection but today I finally realized it's the Procharger oil. The supercharger is still almost full of oil so I'm not too worried but I can't figure out if its from the main seal or the drain plug.
I wiped up all the oil in the engine bay with some rags and tried to wait and see if it leaked anywhere. There was a thin film on the bottom of the supercharger but nothing major. I started her up and left to go home and after maybe a 15 minute drive home there's oil sprayed around again. Not as much but still a decent amount. I looked around and there was some on the drain plug itself and underneath the supercharger but there also was some around the edge of the pulley and on the hose underneath. I can see the oil coming out of the drain plug and hitting the belt and flinging off onto the other parts but I'm not sure if it was running out of the main seal where it would go.
I want to try to start her up and let her idle and rev a few times in the morning and see if I can find out where its leaking from. Otherwise I'm draining it and reinstalling the seal with some RTV and going from there.
Do you have a filter on your engine oil cap? Is it possible that your blowing motor oil out? Are you SURE its coming from the charger? Maybe a pic of your engine bay would help?
The PCV system is still in place. It's the area the oil is coming from and how thin and colorless the oil is that makes me believe it's the supercharger and not engine oil.
Edit: Definitely the drain plug. It was covered with a little bit of oil again today and nothing else had oil on it since the engine was off all night. The hose under the main shaft seal was bone dry so at least it's not doing it. I checked the engine oil and even a thin film of it leaves a brown smudge. I'll probably RTV the plug this weekend.
Just a little update. My belt has been riding the front edge of the tensioner pulley so I went ahead and ordered the upgraded tensioner from procharger and I will be taking it in next week to get it aligned at a shop. Once I get that done I'm draining the procharger and resealing the drain plug and checking the old O-ring and seals. If I still have oil I'll probably have to send her in to get checked out. It was overfilled and I drained it to about 3/4 on the dipstick so hopefully it was just that and a small leak on the drain plug.

I would call procharger regarding this. I too did the same thing and STILL had the squeek issues, there's a thread on it in here. Another member stated that they to had done the upgrade with the same results. They stated that when they called procharger he was told that he should have also ordered another spacer kit that goes with the tensioner upgrade....like we should have known that. I said enough is enough and went out and bought the A&A upgraded brackets....I'm not looking back. Just food for thought.
Well my dad wants to help out with the price since he sold/traded me the car so I went with the cheaper tensioner setup. If anything I can have the place who is aligning the supercharger and installing the tensioner just add spacers as long as they don't jack anything up. Another reason is he didn't want to have to open the supercharger and re-clock the oiler gear... too easy to mess up a gasket.
Hopefully sometime this week or next week I will get the tensioner in and have the car in the shop getting fixed. I may just let them drain the supercharger oil and seal up the drain plug while they have it.
I did notice my P1SC has the drain plug fitting for a hose (basically the nipple with a cap on it) instead of a normal drain plug. I wonder if putting a regular plug in would help.
