nice! that's mooovin. 1/2 mile events are so much more fun than 1/4 imo, only place these big power street cars can even run these days

Default Best times on the old setup

I've been playing on the original mods for about a year now and have whittled times down to a best of 10.43!

Some driver mods got me here from the 10.80 runs this time last year but now it's time for more power!

Back to FSP for bigger injectors, more boost and a stall converter.

is it me , or 134 mph is kinda low for your whp? what boost right now? I'm guessing a 3.25 upper pulley without the restrictor. Now getting a overdrive HB? I see you already have ATI.

Yeah that was odd but it was hot and humid that day. Then I trap 5mph faster on a cool night with the same times. Go figure.
I'm currently restricted so that will be coming out to raise boost along with a ECS stage one fuel system and id850 injectors. A 3200 stall converter should help with the mundane 1.80 60ft times.

Stupid fast runs What tire setup did you run front/back?

Thanks! She does get movin once the boost hits but those lazy launches on the stock converter are killing ET's. I see a few guys getting into the 9's with a good stall converter. With any luck I can get there as well.

I stuck some 19" Mickey DR's on stock rims and they work very well at the 2 tracks I primarily use. They both do a great job prepping the track and traction has never been an issue. (especially with a stock converter) LOL

The hp is definitely there! I had a 3000 stall on my c5. You'll like it. Anything was better than the stocker.

What size front tires are you using? I know the mickeys are 27.44 in diameter which is about half an inch taller than stock. It's "supposed" to throw off the active handling and TC.

I'm still using the factory stock front tire size 245/40/18 I think. No issues with the AH/TC systems

No thread as I'm new to the social stuff. Rich at Corvette Connections here in Denver (www.vettepieces.com) talked with Procharger and decided on a f1-a and race intercooler pulleyed down (stock ls3) cuz we're planning an LSX for next year. Should be a BLAST! Hoping to run 10's, which is fast @ 5800'. jja
