Beadlocks, anyone using a single?
Thinking about running a single beadlock on my CCW 16inch rears. Rear brakes won't allow for a double obviously, and I'm not wanting to spend the $$$ on a 15 inch conversion either.
So, is anyone running a single beadlock out there, 15 or 16. If so, have you noticed any positives or negatives from the switch from no lock, to lock?
Combo is in my sig.

It does look badass, but who ever encounter tire slips??? I mean very high hp car maybe, but below 1500whp i never heard of it!? It won't help get better traction either.

if your car is hooking around 700whp you will start spinning on the rim depending on the weight of car

Discussed further with my chassis shop, and we've both come to the conclusion that at this point, my car HAS to be rotating the rim.
I'm headed down to Extreme Fab in CT on Friday to have the Ultra-lite locks installed while I wait.
Once back Ill install the tires with glue on the inside bead.

Its simple to figure out it its spinning, use a marker and put a line on the rim and tire.

I wouldn't have been back to the track in time to play around. My location makes things a bit more challenging scheduling wise. So rather than waste time, I just bit the bullet.

Finally had a few minutes to mount the tires back on. Lock on the outside and Permatex High-Tack on the inner bead.
