Dsteck kit from Dedicated Motorsport is what I run. I wouldn't mess around with piecing a kit together to save a few bucks. Not worth the hassle IMO. Install is straightforward and simple. Only thing that takes time is removing your passenger side front fender to pin the wire to the correct connector pin slot going to the ECM. Tuning from a competent tuner is also required.

Any luck? I know I went with the Fore Fuel System with flex fuel sensor and it seems to work pretty darn well. A little more pricey than $1200 but not that much more.

I called on Monday and the deal is only if you buy with over priced injectors. They offered zero discount on their sensor??

How do you like the Fore system? How was the install? Any pics? I'm on the fence with ordering that set up or just doing the A@A external pump with the return line. I like the idea of not messing with the stock pump and tank internals.

Fore system is very very nice, but any intank setup is a pain in the ***. Nothing picture worthy as it is all in the tank. Nothing to see.

The injectors are not overpriced at all.

Pesonnally I would go with Dave's kit, but if you want to do it yourself racetronix is currently having a sale on flex fuel sensors.

What I meant was there is no need to spend $400 for a C6 specific plug and play unit if If I'm just going to put it after the regulator in the return line? So I can order a GM sensors and connector and make it suit what ever set up I end up with. I'm doing research now to see If I will piece a system together or just order one.

Seeing different locations others put the sensor. I agree that it should go after the regulator so it's getting a true reading of what the injectors see. If you put it on the secondary pump side. It will only have fuel flow when the secondary pump is on. If you stop at the gas station and get gas. It won't be able to see the change and mixtures until you activate the pump. Then the system can't truly work as intended.

The Fore Fuel system is nice. I'm still working through some kinks with it but it's a nice setup. I suppose it depends on the route you want to go. I'm happy with the tank internal setup as it's nice and hidden but I understand what you are saying.
