Default cam motion

I've ran a few comp cams and they were ok, but currently have a cam motion blower stage 3 and absolutely love it... The valve train noise is less then half of what the comp cams were and this cam is so smooth to rev... LS2 with A&A v3 t-trim @ 11 psi... 722rwhp 654rwtq when @ 9 psi...

Grind# XA234/360-XA246/350-16+4
Duration at .050 - 234/246
Lift with 1.7 - .612/.595
Lobe separation 116
Intake center line 112
Cam Timing Events:
Intake Valve Open: 5 BTDC
Intake Valve Close: 49 ABDC
Exhaust Valve Open: 63 BBDC
Exhaust Valve Close: 3 ATDC
Overlap: 8 degrees at .050br> Usable RPM Range 2200-6800

Pretty sure you love it because the specs are good for your setup. A cam doesn't change valve train noise. You probably have this one set up properly.
I'm not debating who makes a better cam, only saying a comp with the same specs would run the same.

Before you guys appropriate all of the good cam names, please allow me to reserve "The Undercover Zombie Executioner". It's a stealth cam. Call BR-549 for specs. That's actually Junior Samples' old phone number, but since he's no longer with us. Mine now

Are you sure the ecs big blower cam has lift under 580? Or is it the ecs small blower?

Pretty easy on parts and easy to tune since it's the same LSA as a stock LS3. I can lug the motor under 2000 RPM and it's still smooth. I have a stock bottom end LS3 and put the cam in with the blower and the car pulls very hard after 3500. Totally smoked the run flats anytime you punch it over 3000

Yes, it's under 580 and yes, it's their Big Blower cam.
Contact ECS if your serious about buying it and they should send you the full specs.

With lift at .580" or less, the valve springs should last a very good long time.

Look at the specs of the OEM LS9 cam:

Dur: 211° / 230°

Lift: .562” / .558”

LSA: 122° - 0°

ICL: 122°

Overlap: - 23°
_______________________________

If I was to change out the cam in my LS3 with 'Heartbeat' SC, I think I would use the following cam specs:

Dur: 218° / 230°

Lift: .585” / .585”

LSA: 118° +2°

ICL: 116°

Overlap: -12°

I'm torn between a custom speced cam (btr/pat g) or the ccp jam cam which is very capably proven (love the sound too)
