Is there a machine shop in Florida that can resleeve all 8 cylinders

Not sure about Florida, but Steve at RED is one of the few guys I would trust to properly sleeve an LS7. http://www.raceenginedevelopment.com/

I think Doug means a new 5.3L block re-sleeved.

As Mordeth said, the only person I'd send my LS7 block to is RED currently.

Had Steve do my ls7 block. No issues so far with it I only have some run time on it tho. He told me it was good for 1000-1100 which is more than I ever plan to make.

It's $2600+ freight assuming your block has no damage behind the sleeve. Steve said many cracked sleeves result in damage to the block which, if salvageable, requires additional work (and cost).
