I just installed a DSX flex fuel sensor and the reading is all over the place. It still has 93 pump gas in it. At one point it went to 100% ethanol content. Anyone experience this issue before?

Picture of your install? Mine is not installed in the preferred way and does fluctuate some because it's installed vertically and goes straight down into a long horizontal run to the return in the back of the car down the rocker. Dave at DSX warned me that it might do that at WOT as there wasn't a lot of return pressure and I didn't form a loop or a "trap" similar to a drain to ensure we kept air out of there and always had it full of fuel/E/whatever. I intend to fix that but it's not fluctuating that much and is reasonable so far with WOT dyno pulls.
Mine is now reading 100% ethanol all the time. It still has pump 93 in it. I have an 08 base model. Pinned #40 on the black connector. My sensor is mounted by the brake booster at the feed line at the firewall to a t, one line feeds the back of the passenger fuel rail. The outher goes to the flex sensor then to the back of the drivers fuel rail. I I still have the line at the front going from rail to rail.

After a couple emails with Dave at dsx I figured out my issue. We thought i didn’t have the pin at the ecm seated correctly. I took that apart a few times. It started workink for a little bit then messed up again. Turns out I removed the t fitting before the sensor i was using to feed the back of the passenger side fuel rail. It started reading a lot more consistent and all seems well. I emailed Dave again and he said the t was likely causing the fuel to aerate. Caussing the sensor to read 100% ethanol at times.
