So in the next few months I'll be getting an a&a supercharger for my c6 base what are some things I should upgrade to handle it? Currently plan on new radiator, fuel pump, spark plugs, bigger stall, oil and tranny cooler, better suspension and brake, better tires and considering the hood. How does the 6l80 handle 650whp any advice is appreciated. I do also have a tuner that's very knowledgeable with ls and 6l80 but I don't wanna bug him to much so trying to narrow down my questions
The a and a kit will come with plugs. Id suggest a fuel system depending on you power goals. But again that's user preference on boost pump ( included in kit ) or Fore system etc. Best to talk with Josh or Andy direct and they will lead you the path of success based on your goals.
I recentl did the same kit. Josh at A&A is very helpful. i would recommend doing the trunion kit on the rocker arms, possibly blower cam, high volume oil pump and double valve springs. I did long tube headers and cat delete also. Mine is 645 bhp on stock lower end and stock trans. Plan on doing converter soon though.

Nice. I didn't see that in your description. I have same set-up. I woul recommend mt et street tires. I was spinning anything under 50mph now it hooks even from a dig.

I'm thinking those for that reason 1st is already useless
As long as your transmission is healthy all you'll realistically need is a trans cooler and a proper tune.
Agreed, my 100k mile 6l80 held 770 just fine. It showed signs of not liking 800 plus as much. When I pulled the motor I dropped the trans and had it done by Century. I wouldn't bother with the trans below 700.
