Default Alignment specs?

Anybody have the stock specs for wheel alignment on the C6? Caster, Camber and Toe, Front and Rear? The shop doesn't have the C6 in the files yet.

Search was no help.

I don't know if you have strictly street use in mind, or some track stuff. I recently had mine set up at neg. 1.5 front and neg. 1.2 rear camber, about 1/8 toe in rear, and 1/16 front, all the caster available. This might be a bit aggressive for pure street, but my tire life is limited by track schools, and they will never see 10K miles anyway.

I've been trying to find out the same info for 3 months now. I've had no luck. I hit a pot hole in the rain and through my alignment out. Once a wear pattern starts in a tire...it's over.

Doen't the dealer have this information? My C6 is scheduled for an alignment job next week because of excessive rear outside tire wear.

Th dealer undoubtedly has the info but doesn't share with the private alignment shops. Hunter hasn't released the info to the private shops yet.The guy I'm going to does mostly competition alignments and corner weighting and doesn't have specs on the C6.

According to Fichner Chevrolet the service manuals should arrive next week. I reserved a set a week ago and should have it within two weeks if they are on time.

Ask this question over in "General - Autocross & Roadracing". The gear heads over there know what those specs are and are quite freindly to guys who dont race their cars.

gear head?? Hey I resemble that remark.

Trim height is a predetermined measurement relating to vehicle ride height. Incorrect trim heights can cause bottoming out over bumps, damage to the suspension components and symptoms similar to wheel alignment problems.

The Z height dimension measurement determines the proper ride height for the front end of the vehicle.

The D height dimension measurement determines the proper ride height for the rear end of the vehicle.

Hoped that helped
