www.procharger.com Check that out, apparently they are teaming up with GM to build a blower you can purchase through GM. OR just buy one straight from Procharger.
Procharger is based about 5 min from my house and my tuner (MC Racing) did all they before/after dyno testing and they went from 357rwhp (stock) to 550rwhp at only 6lbs of boost. Pretty impressive to say the least.

Teaming up with GM? Where did you get this info from?
Pro-Charger is the way to go. I have mine on order, should be arriving in July. GT Automotive is installing it in Toronto. $8300.00cdn and a whole lotta whoop *** on the RWHP.
I am aware of all the talk about some crank pulley's coming off on early vin vettes. GM apparently stopped using keys on the crank pulley back with the LT1 engines. My procharger contributed to my crank pulley coming off my 94 Z28. There is ample mention of this problem on the F body forced induction websites. The solution was to grind in a keyway onto the hub itself as the factory and replacement cranks alredy had a key slot, just that GM wasn't using it. I am thinking you may want to research if the LS2 engine has a keyed crank/hub prior to installing the procharger. If necessary Beatty&Woods (Toronto) will key your hub for you.
Another note: Procharger assured me that high compression and an intercooled procharger were compatible. At 9psi boost my stock engine cracked the piston ring landings. Two engines later and reduced compression to 9.0:1 and now all is well. I would be very cautious before supercharging your new vette. The $8600 will be the cheapest part of your future expenses, unless the boost is going to be 4-6 lbs, in which case it hardly seems worth it... consider all the engine mods... cam, heads intake that $8600 buys.

MSI has had great success using the Magnuson product on C5s, GM trucks and Caddy CTS-Vs. When I spoke to Magnuson on Friday, they said that they were still about 60-90 days away from introducing their C6 package.
For the street, we like the magnuson as it hits harder at lower RPM, but the Drag Racers seem to prefer the Vortech/Procharger centrifical (sp) type blowers. I've got a Vortech on mine. At least on the C6 package, Vortech moved the compressor to the passenger side as on the C5, you had to relocate the ABS and Alt.
I strongly disagree with the statement that if your only going to run 4-6 lbs boost then the SC is hardly worth it. IMHO 6 lbs of boost will add over 100rwhp and that really wakes this car up, while still keeping it very "streetable". Sure I'll agree that you can get heads, cam, headers, tuning ... for $6k, but in our experience, some of the "Streetability" that this refined car goes away, plus in California it is a bit tougher to pass smog with the heads cam and simply not legal to run headers on a C6. So if you want an extra refined 100+HP & stay smog legal, then I would go supercharger and like I said, Magnuson is our favorite. We average two installs each month and once their smog legal C6 kit comes out, I'll bet that averge increases.

Well Tony was telling me that he is pretty sure that this unit will fit under a stock hood with the inner liner removed. We are in the process of making our own C6 "Cowl Induction Style" hood. We have just completed the C5 "CIS" hood and its slick shape is a real hit. The first one sold within 1/2 hour of its arrival and I'll probably have two more sold by the end of next week.
Our plan is to mke one for the C6 whether the supercharger needs one for clearance or not. We think that they just look cool.

hmmm...ATI didnt have the best reputation for thier G35 superchargers. i would be leary of putting an ATI on my daily driver C6, even at minimal boost...
nonetheless, i am interested to see how ATI does with the C6 versions
I had an ATI on my Z06 and put 4,000 miles on it with no problems. The only issue was fuel delivery, unlike my 2002 Z06 with the old style fuel system. That was fixed with a boost-a-pump.

That'd be nice, as the hood change influenced a lot of people on the C5. I take it this will be a non-intercooled kit. Did they confirm that, and do they have plans to sell an intercooled version?
I had a non-IC Maggie on my C5 and enjoyed it a lot. I sent them a few emails, but so far, no response at all.
