C6 Alignment Issue
I've read in some earlier threads about owners claiming their factory alignments were way out of specs. While I'm not disputing their claims, I think many will find out there aligments are right on the money. In my case, I had a lazer alignment done and the car specs out just about perfectly...had 2-caster issues, but both readings were will within specs. So, while I'm not actually sure how the factory carries out the alignment function, I either lucked out on their "eye-ball" factory alignment program, or the process is a little better than we might be giving them credit for. Buy hey, if you notice you seem to have a problem, have it checked out, because I'm sure, as others have stated, there are going to be exceptions.

The alignment guy I used does competition alignments on 'Vettes. He has NEVER found a correct factory alignment in all his years in the business.
"Within specs" is a broad statement, I want it right on, not + or- .XX degrees or .XX inches.
Another case of getting what you pay for, assembly line where speed is the goal or professional where accuracy is important.
