I'm ready to buy, but I'm curious, are there any real numbers for the Dynamaxx system? I can get a great deal on them from my local shop, and if the performance is comparable to the Kooks, I'll go that route.

Call Dynatech. They will provide with a before and after dyno. They sent me one but I don't seem to be able to attach it to a post.

No. Like any header, they'll make the car louder, and they have the header "ring" typical of thin wall tubing exhausts. Nothing can beat cast iron manifolds as the starting point for a good quiet exhaust system.
does anyone have headers with NO cats AND Corsa exhaust? im wondering how loud this set up would be and what it would sound like? The Corsa with cats is on the quiet side so eliminating the cats might be the thing to do to get some more volume out of them
