why not matched rotors ?

I've driven the car in the rain, but not very aggressively. (Read about it here) In addition to that very heavy rain the other day, I've driven in quite a lot of light/moderate rain since I've changed the rotors (after all, I live in FL!) but I generally take it fairly easy while driving in the rain. I'll have to try some aggressive braking on some vacant pavement next time it rains.
My car is a GT car for hwy/'round town drivin'/cruisin'. I have stopped aggressively on dry pavement in traffic, and have had no problems with the rear end doing anything strange. I really don't think that the increased torque arm of moving the caliper out a bit makes much of a difference in rear wheel braking force. I'm sure there is some very slight increase in rear braking force for the same pedal pressure, but as I said before, I think the braking on the 'Vette is biased heavily to the front wheels, so I don't think the change I've made will mess up the handling during hard braking or screw up the ABS.
If I were going to track the car, I'd be putting a Big Brake Kit from Wilwood, Brembo, StopTech, or Callaway on the car. All these kits have rotors bigger than stock and probably of a slightly different ratio of front/rear braking power than stock. Butt.....I don't think the ABS, TCS, or AH will have a problem with a very slightly different bias.

BTW, I changed my rotors purely for the bling factor, mainly to make the rear look better, and I do like the cross drilled/slotted look for the street!
