Default CAGS Eliminator?

Just a poll to see who has it and who doesn't...

Picked my car up at the museum, drove home (2100 miles) and installed CAG's before I washed it. Took 10 minutes.

I've never needed it.. In 5000 miles it has only got me once and that was on the way home from the dealer.

A must do. Only I always install the 25 cent Radio Shack version, more reliable and cheap cheap cheap.

One of the only times I ever had CAGS activate was on the way home from picking up a new Vette and almost got rear ended by a Semi while I was fumbling trying to find a stupid gear. By the time you realize it has to go in fourth the motor falls on it's face bogging at such a low RPM. You can really be in a bad position if traffic is coming.

Who did the Tune? I would prefer this route myself.

Ordered the cags the day I got the car, plus had it "tuned out" last when I had it tuned.

Brian Herder, owner of PCM for Less was in Vegas last week.

He can do a mail order tune for ya, no problem. Pick up some hp, lose the skip shift, and turn your cooling fans on earlier too.
Oh, and he upped my speed limiter to 255mph, just in case.

It does get annoying sometimes but does not happen that often to make the modification. I am keeping it as is.

I haven't seen the need to install one. I guess my foot is in the engine because I have only once had to shift from 1st to 4th. It really is not a problem.

I hated the 1 -4 thing. While my car was on a lift today I ask the dealer to plug it in for me. 1 minute later no more 1-4 thing.

Doesn't happen that often but when it does its annoying.

I am sort of on the fence about it.

Where are you guys ordering the CAGs eliminator from should I decide to go this route? I hear its pretty easy to plug in once you get the car on jack stands or better yet, a lift.

I originally thought I would hate the cags, but after having the car two weeks, I have to try to get the cags to engage. It has yet to do it when I haven't been making an effort for it to do so.
