If you check most of the thread most say LG and Kooks. When you buy the LGs you get the complete system with high flow cats. I got mine for 1700 shipped and am not mad at all. It has the x pipe, cats and extensions for o2. They have been proven to have the best results from what i have read. To each is own.

The hands down comments will be ended after that. I don't care about 1/4 mile only performance since I use my far more in the low rpm then high rpm so I think I will have one of two sets of headers for sale shortly. I don't care which.

The 1/4 mile guys could care less about off idle TQ but I do. The swap will be about 500 bucks more than I will get for the Kooks. Its my money and I'm bored.

Same dyno....same day...same other mods.

Okay a few things here...

1. No after market emblems (z51 etc); could affect top HP/TQ
2. We will need CORRECTED numbers; we've seen the fallout
3. If using Z06 style fender flares; please note

Actually, looking forward to seeing the numbers; have them printed out on the same sheet so we can see the TQ/HP through the curve.

As I recall you have the 1of1 spinmonster air-intake; correct?

I can't speak for Fred, but I have LG PRO LT's on my vert with corsa sport and it's just a wickedlly bad **** sounding car. My favorite tune is 5Krpm on the highway going under a bridge...it's like a symphony!

I will cast my vote for the Dynatech Supermaxx system. I have the full system(LT headers, PowerCats and X-pipe) on my '03 Z06 and it is terrific. Easy install and paid $1325 shipped to my door. Sound is awesome and quality is as good as I have seen on any system.

1,300 for a part for an 03 Z06? Well add the fact the C6 is still "new" and you get to 1,700

Spinmonster I sent you a PM / EMAIL

Email me at juan.barnett@hoffman.army.mil

IF you are serious about getting rid of the headers.

Well as soon as I get them on I will let you know. LG is what it is for now. Not worried about which is best and not going to sale .

How about the long tube LG vs. the shorter tube Kooks in throwing codes?
The difference of sensor location on the LG and Kooks is quite a bit.
Without editing how many of you are getting codes with the new LGs?
How many with the Kooks?

I have the LG Long tubes with high flow cats and the B&B Bullets ...

As far as sound - it's obnoxious! I like it, but if you are concerned about drone and being too loud then go with a tamer exhaust. When you get above 3k rpm and hit it, it is piercing ... my neighbor can hear me a mile away when I get on it on the highway on-ramp.

As far as performance, I picked up almost 15 hp and 20 Tq - stock to this set up with no intake, no tune.
