IMHO it isn't possible. I've been reading Dyno sheets on this Forum for over a year and everyone that claims over 15RWHP peak is fudging the figures by not mentioning their tune, their CAI, their catback, different Dyno's, different smoothing, different correction factors and etc. On my car the throttle response was greatly improved, it feels like more than the 15RWHP that the SAE corrected Dyno shows.
LT Headers AND a catback? Yes, almost every manufacturer can honestly claim 25RWHP with both, I don't think there is more than a 1% difference in RWHP with different brands of LT headers.
Be aware that the sellers might exaggerate the figures to get your $$. If they do enough dyno runs they'll get a fluke that shows high HP and use that run for advertising.
