Default Brake conversion question
When converting to the Z06 brake package, is it necessary to also swap brake lines? I've been told that the standard brake lines and the Z06 brake lines carry the same GM part number. Anyone know if this is true. If not, then do I need to order Z06 brake lines? Thanks for the help.

Yes, I believe the rear lines neeed to be longer. StopTech makes braided lines that fit.

The mounting flange for the line to the caliper is too big on the stock lines. The SS braided lines look much better. You will love the way it stopes with the new Z06 kit and SS lines.
