Well I can tell you that my Z51 rotors weigh only 2lb more each than the C5 base rotors I have lying around. The coolers might add 10lb. So we're at, say, 18lb over the 3,179 base curb weight. The EMT tires all weigh the same.
Does the base car have a power passenger seat? If not, then the dual power seat option would add another 20lb (my old Z06 power seat base weighed 30lb against 10lb for the manual passenger side). So maybe 3220 all in for a Z51 in that case.

Don't forget about the the thicker sway bars and the extra fluid in all of those coolers too.
It may be minute but Z51 does still weigh more than base.

No, it's manual.
But that's separate from the Z51 packages weight of course, that's tied into whether one has the 2LT or 3LT over the 1LT option packages or not.
Not sure if a non Z51 2LT car would still weight more than a Z51 1LT car or vice versa. But I do know that an FE1 (base suspension) 1LT car is going to be notably lighter than a Z51 3LT car.
