Default VIR First HPDE
My first driving event is October 14th at VIR! I am psyched. I'm glad I got on here and read some of the great posts on HPDE.

My harness bar will be here any day now. I don't have my racing seat yet, but I want to mount my video camera for my first event.

Fun track have a great time. There should be close to 20 vettes there. Many of the guys hand out under the Corvette General - AutoX & Road Racing forum

I will be there with several other Vette fanatics (THREE 2002 Electron Blue Z06s and one 2000 Yellow Z06) I have been to VIR several times, have video of the track, have done a ride along (how I became hooked for life). I even like to practice on their Go-Kart track (super fun). It is only about 90 minutes away from where I live. I also have the inside scoop on which instructor to get, so I feel really prepared.
