Well you have a chance to be a part of the biggest Corvette drag race of 2007!

We are happy to announce the 2007 National Corvette Challenge. What is the National Corvette Challenge? It is an opportunity to get your Corvette out and take it down the quarter mile while competing against other Corvettes in the largest gathering of Corvettes with a common interest, the Corvette. Join enthusiasts from many different states in this once-a-year gathering.

In 2007, for first time we will be featuring a People’s Choice Corvette car show. All attendees will get a chance to vote for their favorite Corvette in each generation. There is something for everyone, racers, showers and spectators.

hmm, maybe once I retire. Getting to Virginia in Feb from here could be interesting.

 

Could you move Virginia to the West Coast?

 

Yup! Every time I take the car out I try to race it. Just kidding!!! I have never drag raced my car. I can't imagine having to get new tires anytime sooner than I will.

 

No I can't..sorry...heck I cannot even convince my wife to move us to Arizona

 

I have met Redgar, (Edgar) and some of the other guys in this race association. Lot of great guys, I am going to try to make it to this race.

 

Someone needs to organize one of these for Firebird (Chandler, AZ) in January or February. All you guys freezing your butts off in the East could take a nice winter trip out here and have some fun!

 

tell her you wouldn't have to store your vette away...get to drive it 12 month a year and not have to worry about the SALT...

Guys I have tried every arguement to move out west but two things hold us back...kids still living at home (5 more years ) and her parent 50 miles away vs. 3000


For you guys out West, we do have a western series in California and goes to Vegas once a year.
