2007 Oil Filter ???

2007 Oil Filter ???
Will any oil filter that fits the 2006 Z06 ie. (K&N 1007) fit the 2007 C6, or do I have to use only PF48. Thanks

I got an 07 C6 and ordered the factory filters because they are a cheep as any if you go over the internet.
The only other one I could find in stock was the STP from Auto Zone.
There is a great article on filters, who makes them, and all the stats on material that I am sure you can find by searching the forums. The STP is not a bad filter but I picked up a 6 pack of the GMs that will last for a long time.
I added a big magnet to the bottom of the filter and replaced the magnetic plug with a Fumoto valve/plug. Also, there is some really good info on oil. Us the Mobil that is called out or the Mobil 0 w synthetic.
