Default You don't need a huge cam to make great power

I used a mild 224/228/581/588/114LSA's. That along with 215 ET heads, FAST 90 manifold, headers, etc made 461rwhp/435rwtq. It idles smooth with a speed density tune. Only a hint of a lope. I've had many LS1 type motors, and when you start to surpass the 230 mark in duration and drop your LSA's to under 114, you're entering the paint shaker arena of idle quality. If you can live with it, go for it. If not stay on the conserative side and aid your cam with all of the rest of the go fast goodies. BTW mine's 2005 Z51 6sp daily driver, gets 28mpg and has 48,000 miles on the clock. No issues. I call that realiable HP. Good luck with what ever choice you make.

Hello everyone,

We do offer quite a selection of cam packages for the C6 from automatic cars to six speed manual cars. Combined with our LG Pro Long Tube headers you can see gains of well over 70rwhp.

Here is a 2006 A6 car, before and after. This car has our LG Pro Long Tube headers, our G5X1 cam kit, and a cold air intake.

Want something a little more?
2006 M6 car, before and after. LG Pro Long Tube headers, G5X3 cam kit, and a FAST 90mm intake manifold. This package will put you within a few HP and TQ of a new Z06.

For comparison here is this same car over laid to Lou's 2006 Z06

Z06 power still not enough for you? Step up to one of our G5X4 packages.
Here would be a comparison of the X1 cam vs the X3 cam on a 2007 C6 with AFR 205 heads, FAST intake, and our LG Pro Long Tube headers. That's almost 470 ft-lbs of torque with just a 6.0L motor and stock bottom end.

I would be more than happy to answer any questions if you would like to email, PM, or give me a call here at the shop. We have done a lot of Corvette's here and have a number of different packages we can put together for you.

only the last of these 3 packages includes new heads, right? the 2nd is almost near z06 with stock heads and only a new cam, headers, tune, and cai? amazing!

I don't have any on my site, I do have some sound clips on my computer that I can email you. There are also some cars on YouTube as well.

X1 cars are going to be similar but not as aggressive.
