your right on about that.have to leave at idle or i can still spin the drs with the converter but before the converter i could not spin the runflatts at the track

You're right, and they did LOL...the addition of BFG DRs dropped his sixty foots down to the 1.6s and his ETs fell to the 11.6s along with 'em.

On most drag car set ups I would agree but not with the gearing in a C6.

I know, I had no problems with traction. I did the DR's more for future mod plans than for the HP I am running right now.

I think really all I still plan to do is change the rear gearing and a TC. But it is going to be a while, probably 08.

Is TM active on the 6 speed cars as well? I was told by a well known tuner that it is only active on the autos. Can it be relaxed through LS1/2 edit. Where are the paramaters located?

on the m6 it can be eliminated, but not on the a6 that i have seen. not yet anyway

thats what we all say, you will keep going till you find the class you can win the most money and be comfortable with i like to be on the lowest dial and run them down, that way if there playing a game i can pass and hit the brake

True, there is a real advantage to being the fastest car in the class. For one your opponent always has the opportunity to red light first. I would say in the first round in stock that gives you a 15% advantage right there.
