Twice now I have had to have my 06 corvette towed in due to
going into the "reduced power mode" both times it's been a
throttle control problem! The first time Courtsey Chevorlet said they
found the problem and fixed it. This time they cleared the error but
found no problem! Before I had the car towed, it was back to normal.
However, I didn't have the nerve to try and drive it to the dealer.
Anyone have similar problems?
I had a crank sensor act up intermittently and my tack went out and car acted like it was running on seven cylinders. Later I restarted it and it ran correctly. The dealer found codes and replaced sensor. You might want to try a different dealer. Good luck!
