Not a bad gain considering no tuning. The Timing map becomes less aggressive the more load seen by the MAF(hence more maf flow). So typically you will not see as much of a gain W/o tuning. Eg. you do anything to improve your induction and the timing curve becomes weaker because the map is based upon load and the more load the less the spark advance. The average gains of my 140+ LS2 intakes are11RWHP and 13 RWTQ, 30+ LS7s 16RWHP and 19RWTQ and 20+ LSxs 9RWHP and 9RWTQ. Throttle bodies are also something That we specialize in.
