Default HP difference

How much difference in rwhp between long tube headers and cutouts assuming both systems have high flow cats.....my dealer would frown on headers... any input would be helpful

You will not see any gain from cutouts, just more noise.

Long tube headers allow expended exhuast gasses to quickly dissipate from the cylinder heads, out the long tubes and through a collector (LG and American Racing are good for this).

Your stock exhaust manifold and cat's are way to restrictive. Since the cutout is installed "cat back" you are not doing anything to reduce that restriction.

And you run into tuning problems. Do you tune for the cut-outs opened or closed? Big difference in exhaust flow and temps.
