Default Rear end chatter

I've got the rear end chatter in my new car

I see people are taking it in to get fixed, but will it hurt if i don't or if i wait a while?

You should at least have the fluid and additive changed as soon as possible. That noise is the clutch pack binding for lack of proper lubrication. It's a rather quick fix so get it done as soon as possible. Take it easy in the meantime.

It will just get worse so it's best to have it done now.

Mine was more of a rubbing sound while turning. Sounded like a dragging brake pad.

Took it in for repair about 2000 miles ago. It's back!

Maybe a complete clutch pack replacement?

Mine came back a second time on my '05 Z51. They changed the fluid a second time after I sold it to my son in NC. It has been fine since (for about 6k miles)
