Lug nut torque spec
Can anyone tell me what the torque should be on our lug nuts?

Lug Nuts
Don"t forget to retorque after a couple of days if you are installing new wheels.

Did you remove those little seraded washers used to hold the brake rotors on? They should have been removed in dealer prep.

what do you know it is not on there for the C6, it was for the C5s. Anyway take them off if your useing aftermarket wheels.
The stock wheels have a slight depression on the inside of the wheel for that washer to fit. Most aftermarket wheels do not.
Besides that little washer is really only need to hold on the rotors in the manufacturing process untill the wheels are put on. After that they serve no purpose.
