Are you sure the scale was dead on accurate?
I also have a non Z51 1LT A6 and it weighed roughly 3406 - 3412 pounds with me and a 1/4 tank of fuel in it (on the NHRA certified/calibrated scale at Englishtown) and I weigh roughly 190 - 193.
I'm calculating around 3220+- for my car without me in it.

But the scales are only calibrated just b4 and NHRA event.
1lt only option A6 (no Z51)
I know my fuel was down there 1/8 tank
maybe less so fuel could be ~30lbs of it
Thats a 61lb or 1.84% difference
Did you have anything extra in your car?
