I appreciate you coming on here and making those comments that you did, because I am a vette owner always looking for work to be done in phoenix area. It's good info to know. However, you could have just made those comments in one or two posts and moved on. You are attacking people personally, and went from sounding intelligent and respectful to the other end of the spectrum.
I have had top notch experiences with my vette at Xtreme, and they have done a TON of engine work, and I have not had one problem at all.

YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH...if it was to be told, i could not sit here after 23 pages and not make a comment, i do want to say LOT, but won't, no bashing however.. jaminj you sir are the exception, the ONE bad experience compared to the countless other vettes and vipers that come from all over the u.s to be serviced by xtreme, i have been on both sides and started at one shop left for the other(cheaper) and went to hell and back and now back with the shop i started with and WON'T BE LEAVING AGAIN. and i have pictures credit card receipts invoices whatever you need i can show you....nuff said. have a wonderful and safe holiday.

The question with regards to XMS that has never really been answered is what are there warranty policies with regards to the products they sell and install, expressed written or implied?
Not well, talk to me and if I had a good day of sales or my girlfriend was nice to me I'll do the right thing.
If I have been personal it has only with the person I had direct dealings with and I commented on his customer service skills only. If interpeted other I might suggest you reread my comments, if they were vague and could be read otherwise, I appologize for that and my occasional misspelling.

I will send you the check for 200 dollars, and then you can deliver it to them in person. Then maybe you can hang out there for a few hours and do some volunteer work. Your attitude may improve for a day or two.

Yeah, but like I said, it would be best if you took your personal time to hand deliver the money. That's really what donating is about. Maybe you would get more out of it and feel better about yourself and not spend your life trashing everyone on this forum.

You stated you wanted to give me money to shutup, for the warranty issues I have had with XMS in both post and PM.
I applauded the offer and stated such, give the money to the before mentioned Charity, I will stop discussing the lack of warranties written, verbal or implied from XMS. I still think you work at XMS.
I do not need you to send me the money, as i would donate it anyway. So I will repeat to you sir, donate the money.....post or PM confirmation and we are done.
I quess that means put up or......

I agree this started off as :clarifation of a vendors warranty or the lack of one.
Then a couple a guys keep trying to take it personal..
They have several different names they use on the forum and thats a no no..
I wish they would just make the charitable donation then we can all just get along.
