Hi,

To do Z06 mufflers and not NPP's you will need a h or x pipe that goes from 2.5" to 3" to mate to the ls2 cats or install the ls7 exhaust manifolds and ls7 cats and z06 h pipe .
NPP mufflers bolt right in without a h pipe mod needed as they are 2.5" pipes.

You will need the vacuum lines and vacuum solenoid to open and close the valves and a controller to open and close them.

I did this mod and I am very happy with the results.

With the valves open on the freeway there is a LOT of drone. The overall loudness in the higher rpm range is not super loud, just throaty.
Quieter than bullets for sure.

PM me if you want any more info.

Is there a way to avoid using vacuum/solenoids/etc. and just hook up an on/off switch?
