We told people that we planned to apply for exemption and that we believed that the headers met all CARB requirements, but we never "claimed that they would be CARB approved by the first time a C6 needs a California smog inspection." That would be too much of a promise for anyone to make.

If anyone wishes to return their unused Callaway C6 headers because the CARB exemption process is no longer being pursued, please contact me at (860) 434-9002 to arrange for a refund.

I was just curious, not really accusing you of anything, if that's how it came off.

That speaks loudly for your company that you're willing to work out a refund though
