Default C6 Drivetrain Noise
My 08 has a rattle type noise from the drivetrain when I let out the clutch in 1st or reverse. Once underway - no more noise. Everything runs and shifts fine, have 2200 miles on the clock. anybody have this? anything to worry about? thanks

I belive this to be normal. At least on 05 - 07 Tremec transmissions. Occures at a specific frequency when launching in 1st gear and is the transmission internals ocsillation back and forth.

I assume the 08's are similar.

Mine does it too and a friend's C5 did it also. Perfectly normal.
