Default Will This Help?

Lets say hypothetically speaking, I have a boosted C6 and some how, I am coming across 700 to 800 wheel horsepower, what will I need to maintain maximum traction. I will be doing both drag racing and road racing. I will have 345s in the back.

Will this spoiler do anything for me? Its costly too, $1400.

I'm not a ricer, I just want the most traction I can get for my specifications.

YES, it will help......................lighten your wallet. Personally, I prefer the Home Depot model rear spoiler

That wing is/should be:

IS SHOULD BE

B anned from this web site
U niversally ridiculed by ricers and non ricers alike
T hrown out (if already owned)
T hrashed, trashed and bashed

U nabashedly flamed by the forum members
G round into shreds by the nearest wood chipper
L it on fire. Recognizing all of the above,
Y would you want to buy it?

Come on, you know better. Slicks, DRs, (any form of better tire), minitubs/wider fenders, clutch/flywheel package, better output shafts, gears (but maybe not gears with 700 - 800 rwhp) are all better choices for you to increase traction than that "Pep Boys" special.

Seriously, as offered in the other thread, drop me a PM if you want to drive mine before and after gears.

You could load several sand bags on top of the spoiler. That might help.

I agree with the slicks. Spoilers only add traction at higher speeds. You need traction at lower speeds.
