I'm about to install a B&B Bullet cat back system on my 05 C6 and was wondering if it could be done in your driveway with a jack and on your back.. The reason I ask is .. back in my C5 days I attempted the same and found out that I couldn't get the car up high enough for the stock exhaust to clear without cutting it... Does the C6 need to be up as hight as the C5 does??
I've done both the C5 and C6. the C5 had to be a lot higher off the ground to get the pipes out w/o cutting. The C6 is an easy job on ramps
I've also put Bullets on both C5 & C6s. I agree. Start to finish (including getting out and putting away tools) I can do a C6 by myself on jackstands in under 90 minutes without breaking a sweat.

I've put Billy Boat exhaust on both a C5 & C6 as well and the C6 was far easier. I seem to remember 37" as the minimum hgt required on the C5, but not near so much on the C6. You can do it.
