Key fob not detected

I just got a key fob not detected message on my dic. The car started and I drove it into the garage. When I got out of the car the doors locked and my fob would not unlock the doors. I then tried the secong fob and it didn't work either. When I unlocked the hatch with the fob key the alarm goes off. The owners maual is in the glove compartment. The car is an 08 Zog made in Aug. or so. What's next?

I had the same message on my DIC. The computer was replaced and the problem solved.

Same problem

I had the same problem and it was all the junk I had in my pocket.I removed some of the junk and I haven't had that problem since.I.E. pocket knife,change,cell phone.

See your dealer there is a TSB out on the 2008s for a NO FOB DETECTED issue. It will involve replacing the RCDLR and BCM modules.
