I ran Corsa Sports for one day on my car as well, couldn't wait to get them off (I went from B&B to Corsa). The sound and decel popping from that system just wasn't for me. This forum is crazy for Corsa, but most of them haven't running anything else on their C6 other than stock and Corsa.
If you do decide to try a catback, check out the Magnaflow system with their X-pipe. Deeper than stock sound, almost no drone, and no loud popping. Vastly different from Corsa. Definitely not what the hard-core guys are looking for since it isn't very aggressive, but it works for me after trying a whole bunch of systems.

Thanks alot, had them removed this morning, glad I did.
You should have installed the X-Pipe. It would have eliminated all of the popping on deceleration. Too late now I guess
I got so many different answers to the x-pipe question that I was not willing to spend another $500.00 to find out for sure. But thanks anyway, however on my 500 mile round trip today it sure was quiet listing to my new ALLMAN BROTHERS CD.

If you want quiet, why are you changing the exhaust

When i got my borla stingers they included the X pipe for free. Then
I got LGLT's and I told LGM that I already had an X pipe and just wanted the headers. Well I found out that the X pipe with the headers is different. Now I have a $400.00 X pipe sitting in the garage.

Well I installed the Xtremes on 12-14-07 and can't stand the burble and popping during decelaration. I didn't install the x-pipe but I don't believe it will make that big of a difference. For anyone looking for a set I would be willing to sell them at a good price. I will have them removed on Tuesday.

We are alike and different, love the Allman brothers,[ esp. live at the filmore east ], but I also love the burble and occasional pop on decel. To each there own, enjoy the Allman bros., and whatever exhaust you happen to favor.
