THE LIST

Regarding correction factors:
Times are received from all over the country and are not corrected. Because track and weather conditions vary, this list ranking does not, and can not, identify the fastest cars or drivers in any particular order. It only lists the recorded times, regardless of conditions, in order from quickest to slowest. In cases where ET is the same, the higher MPH determines list order.

Question:

I want to include my 10.8 quarter mile pass that was made several months ago but I have since lost the actual timeslip. There was a witness to my runs and by no means would i lie about the actual pass. I posted my time in another thread the day i actually ran it.

With this said, me not having the actual timeslip handy, can i still be included in the list provided i have all the numbers from the slip?

If not, then i guess i'll have to make another pass. If you do decide to bend the rules for me just this once then here are the details.

1/8 mph--------102.37
1000 ET--------9.0964
1/4 ET---------10.8267

Pass made on stock wheels wrapped with Nitto Invos. 2005 C6 Auto - stock 3.15 gears.

I personally think that it should be allowed onto the list, you do have witnesses and you're not some first time poster on the boards, you've been here a while.

Yep, put him on the list. No reason to believe he should not be able to run that fast with a cam and nitrous.

Kartech is good too of course but Tony and I prefer to use Cartek for these type of things.
Just kidding, I'm merely correcting your spelling of that fine organization's name.

Default 1/8 times

Here is our very first run at the track. 11:13 p.m., 80 degree outside temp , light fog, 80% humidity, Sumiton, AL, August 2008. Car is 08 MN6, Michelin 305/30/19 PS2's, no burnout (probably why we spun the tires a lot), LG Headers and High Flow cats, LG executive cam, pushrods, springs, mild ported intake and TB, hot spark wires, 165 thermo, Callaway CAI, , and custom tune by LG.

Wow that is indeed a FAST car. 99 in the 1/8 is a high 10 second car if you can get it to hook and get some practice launching. No doubt without much trying that's going to be a low 11 second machine with drag radials only!! Nice going.

Sheesh I just noticed you said that is your very first run. VERY FIRST RUN????? Wow. Perhaps you should pursue a side career as a drag racer, that is a smoking fast run for your first run ever and some GREAT shifting if you say you spun a lot.

Thank you. One of the passes was spinning a bit. I get nervous in the 2 to 3rd shift because of the shifter position. Also nervous and shaking from being the first time. The guy doing the staging, I was hanging out the window asking him how to stage, etc., and he said it was a Pro series lighting. Didn't know what that meant. One light and green almost the same time. Had to back up, ease forward a few times. Ran one time alone and one time with a Cobra that wasn't even close. He missed a gear. This was all fun, but way to nervous at the stage-that's the worst part. Probably going to have dad buy us some stickier tires that don't cost so much as these PS2's. We will go back and video it from beginning to end in a few weeks.

I remember the starting line shakes all so well....believe me they go away. But I bet everyone reading this thread remembers them!!

Very cool you gals are taking it to the strip. Your times are just superb for your tires. You're driving like an old hand at this - I just can't get over a 7.5 your first time out. The car is the car and it's fast, but being able to handle the power with street tires, first time out, is just amazing. Good for you.
