With that converter and power, you should easily have 60' times of 1.5 or better and ET's in the 10.5 range.
I managed 60's between 1.48 and 1.54 consistently and ET's in the 10.8-10.9 range with 100 less HP.
I'm thinking either your launch RPM is low or your tune is not taking full advantage of your mods. Possibly both. Try an 1800 RPM launch to see if (and how much) that helps.

Doubt that you can do it here.
600+ whp, LS7 with ETs 10.2-10.5 and +135 mph traps are averaging 1.55-1.6 in 60’. I bet DA plays a huge factor.
My tune is spot on, I will just make sure that gears are optimal.

While gears may may a little difference, do some research on member Thesubfloor, since he swapped to a 3.42 and then back to a 2.56 and noted his times didn't change enough to notice.at his power level. (~600)

Achieving below 1.6 second in 60 feet with only 400whp would be amazing, as 600+ whp LS7 NA monsters could not.
As for 2.73, the idea is simple.
Dyno sheet says Peak power range is 6600-7200 rpm. With 2.56 I complete the 1/4 mile on 3rd gear and rpm of 6300 or below.
Will keep you posted.

For some reason, the max rpm that I could rev to or footbraking is ~ 2500 (500whp).
Yank response:
"That is about right because the converter we sent you is a 4,000 flash stall so footbrake is always about 800-1000 RPM less. Also, the triple disk converters are a little harder to stall under lower horsepower. ""
