I do know what you are looking for but I have them on my 05 Z51 MN6. I installed the Melrose 1 7/8", VaraRam, ported intake/tb and tune. 379/366. I still have the stock mufflers....nice quiet rumble sound. They also come with the Random Technology cats. Now that I have them, I wouldn't trade for anything else. Most headers are so close in performance and finish anyway. I chose the 1 7/8" for a cam application later on. I believe that no one would say anything bad about Melrose Headers.

Did the cats come with it? If so, it was a steal.

My LS3 A6 with 3:15's and a BPP Vortex CAI is Running low 11.4's at 119 mph. They also worked well on my 06 LS2. The quality, fit and finish are superb. $900 bucks is a steal with those cats.

I bought mine for around $1550 including the cats. If you order from them direct it may cost more. Find a vendor...you may get a better price.

got em, love em.

They're steel as opposed to stainless. Basically bombproof. No cracking. They probably weight slightly more than stainless headers, but I've had em for a year and they still look the same as the day I bought em.

All Long Tube headers are illegal. They relocate the stock cats which is against Federal law. Since the F.B.I. isn't going aroung inspecting cars, you won't have a problem.

I just wanted to let you know that I am a dealer for Melrose now.A friend of mine has known Dave, and his wife for 30+years,and pointed me in his direction.I believe that I can save you all some money here(esp. w/the prices that I have seen on the internet!!!!!!).I can get the complete kits w/the coated hbeaders,cats,x-pipe,bolts,extension wires, plug wires, and the clamps,or coated/uncoated headers. Also, any of their other parts from online.
I own C3s,so not around here much, but I am a dealer for Zip,and several other places,so if there's anything that you all need....give me a shout.I'm not a new face here....I just own a different year vette!
