Default Yes, I'm re tuning SPINMONSTER.

Let Guy know, were all praying for him ..........(and the OBD II port)

Yes, SPINMONSTER is soon to have a CAN-COMPLIANT OBDII port installed in the back of his head.

I just got off the phone with EFI LIVE and they tell me that I'm gonna be the only guy in the world with the software to re-calibrate SPIN after the surgery.

I've forwarded them SPINMONSTER'S proprietary operating system, and personality tune file for them to modify.

Basically, what this means is that EFI LIVE is gonna build me a one-off CUSTOM OPERATING SYSTEM so that I can download his knowledge database, full inventory of cam specs, memorized catalog of valve spring specs and part numbers, quarter mile times and HP/TORQUE specs of every member of the forum......

... and including but not limited to different personalities, facial expressions, amounts of weight he can bench press, clothes he choses to wear and even what meal he'll have (every 40 minutes) when he needs nourishment....

I'll be able to PERFECTLY tune SPINMONSTER (with cool colors and amazing 3D graphs) to do, say, and wear anything I want him to do.

OH, The POWER OF EFI LIVE! Hurry up and get better SPIN cause I'm working on an AMAZING tune for you.

I can't wait to test it out!

Spin/Guy - Best wishes for a safe and successful surgery.
God bless you onto a speedy recovery and thank you for your invaluable contributions to this forum. Some day I've got to come down there to LI and see what's going on down there, Captree ? and all.( just a little 4 hr cruise fro Boston) .
There are definitely some whacked Vette bros here.
Good luck, Joe

It's happening as we speak....I will post up the information later today after I get back from the hospital.

I spoke to Guy late last night, he is in good spirits, and everyone's good wishes and kindness were the fuel for that...Thanks to everyone, you really made him feel better.

Just said a prayer to all things holy for a speedy recovery. Keep us posted.

I just got a line on a FAST and I need it ported!

That's true, but not the only reason - this board just wouldn't be the same without the "Spin". We'll miss him while he's recovering.

My good friend Guy is having spinal surgery this week...for all his time, efforts and friendship to us all...please join me in saying a prayer for all to go well, and that he'll be back soon, feeling better and pain free.

We're with ya, Spin...God Bless and Get Better Soon!

Hi guys,

Just a quick update.

Spin made it through the surgery OK, but it took longer than originally thought. Its 5:45pm and he is still in recovery, they wouldn't let me in to see him yet. I'm sure he'll be sleeping through most of the night, if I get any more info, I'll post it ASAP.

Thanks again for your prayers and good thoughts.
