Default Camshaft Sensor

Engine light is on and sometimes hard to start, have had it at 3 dealers and they keep coming up with code po340, po341.(camshaft sensor) They say everything they check is fine, and won't fix it. Somethings not right. Has anyone had this problem or can share some insight with me. I would appreciate it.

Is this a basically stock car? I get that code when the cam sensor A&C pins are reversed on 4th Gen retrofits. You may just have a bad/weak sensor on the front cover. If that signal is not right it will pop and not want to start.

I have a check engine light on, the car sometimes is hard to start. My neighbor has the code reader and it told me that there was a low voltage reading from the Camshaft sensor on my 2000 Roadster.
Is there more that one camshaft sensor, If so where are they?

I had a crank sensor act intermittantly on my o6 A6 and it was changed out and it solved the problem.
