My brakes on the 06 Z have a vibration in them. I checked wheel torque and all that. Question-- I put the rotor in my lathe at work and checked it. It ran within .0007. Not bad. What I noticed is when I put a straight edge across the hat it is not flat. but runs true. Is it made this way or should it be flat?
Do you mean it is thinner on the outer edge than more towards the middle? If so, it's because the outer edge can wear faster. How many miles on the disc. Anyway, the vibration is probably due to uneven pad material build-up.
Under braking. I just turned the rotors did not fix it. I wonder if it is a air pressure thing. It feels like I can feel the road but kinda bad. I have Pilot Sport 2 tires what air pressure is everyone running? All I can find on the tire is a max air pressure.

Typically street tires run 30 psi cold on tire pressure.
If you are getting a vibration under braking it can be a number of things, if the rotors have been turned and you are still getting this after fresh rotors, then you may want to look at the caliper.
Make sure that the caliper is on straight, make sure there is not a stuck piston, are the calipers tight to the upright? Make sure a bolt has not backed out.
Did the vibration start after only the brake install?
