My pcm is locked with LS2 Edit. My car is a 2005 C6 and it has a Callway Supernatural 490 package. I just tried to have my car tuned after putting in 4.10s and LG pro long tubes. My car doesn't have near the pull that I was expecting and you can feel the car holding back and not unleashing when wot. Unfortunately my car couldn't be tuned because it seems that Callaway locked the pcm when the upgrades were done. This really sux!!!
Do I have to go back to Callaway to unlock it or do I have another option? Should I just buy a new pcm and then have it tuned from scratch?
I'd call Callaway and ask. Do you know for sure Callaway used LS2 Edit to lock it? Maybe some tuner types would know a way but my guess is you'll be talking with Callaway (or should). Maybe there's a way to totally hose the ECM/PCM and start from scratch but then you'll lose the Callaway proprietary tuning. If I had a Callaway supernatural modified car I'd rather Callaway made any subsequent adjustments needed.

Pull the ECM and send the ECM to the folks at LS2 Edit (carputing) and they will return it back to stock for you.
Go to their website for the address. Email or call them but I think it cost something like $50-$75.00 for them to return your ECM back to virgin condition. http://carputing.tripod.com/
At that point you can have it tuned by someone else using something other than LS2 Edit.
